At KEF, we are committed to providing an exceptional audio experience; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and manuals to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your KEF products in their original factory boxes with all protective foam inserts to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the hardware for quality assurance, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
